If your art is exceptional enough, people will vouch for you & as a result, your art will be seen by everyone as it newly appears on the front page! I know! I've been scouted 3-4 times...until I lost them due to half-assed, not-so-top-notch work... -_-" So...just be & stay gud at drawing, ok? No half-assery! ;)

You can check in the Forums! :3 They're hubs for communication where you can talk to like-minded people or to just say what's on your mind. :3 You can even collaborate, connect, & network with people to make something great! Check the "Community" tab in your feed window to the left. :3 (If you're using NG mobily). ;3
